Chaitu Gaadu (Naga Chaitanya) falls in love with Anu Reddy (Anu Emmanuel). But Anu is an egoistic girl. So, Chaitu has to make her accept his love by a trick. Then, the Anu runs into Chaitu’s arms.
As time passes by, Chaitu decides to marry Anu. But when he introduces Anu to his father, who is also an egoistic man, his father is hesitated to agree with their marriage because Anu has a powerful politician mother. After that, Chaitu accompanies Anu to back her village and try to convince her parents.
To his surprise, Chaitu learns that Anu’s domineering mother, Shailaja Reddy (Ramya Krishna), has not spoken to Anu for 5 years. The reason, Anu went against her will and chose art instead of medicine as a major.
Now, Sailaja Reddy also wants a doctor as her son-in-law. However, Chaitu is not a doctor.
