Vasanth (Vaibhav) is a sincere police constable who plans to marry his girlfriend, Meena (Vani Bhojan). But Meena’s father reject the marriage unless Vasanth gets promoted to a sub-inspector position.
To get his promotion, Vasanth needs to crack more than one major case. Meanwhile, Vasanth’s senior officer, Moorthy (Venkat Prabhu) helps Vasanth. In reality, Moorthy also wants promotion, and he starts misusing Vasanth’s situation to supply women to a top police officer.
One day, a new inspector named Illavarasi (Easwari Rao) takes a murder case of a cop. The dead cop is Sampath (Mime Gopi), who is Moorthy ‘s immediate boss. And at the crime spot, Moorthy catches the culprit of the case. After that, Meena’s house maid, Malliga (Poorna), is also found dead.
But soon, Illavarasi and Vasanth finds there are some connections to the two cases in their investigation, which are orchestrated by someone around them.
