The Paramedic (2020)
Angel (Mario Casas) is a paramedic of a hospital and he lives with his girlfriend, Vane (Déborah François) in an apartment.
One day, Angel encounters an accident during sending an injured patient to the hospital with an ambulance. Then, he loses sensation in his legs and now he has to be confined to a wheelchair. Also, Angel blames this misfortune on Ricardo (Guillermo Pfening), his colleague and the ambulance driver.
After that, Angel worries that Vane will leave him. So, Angel starts spying on Vane via her mobile phone. However, when Vane finds Angel’s secret, she decides to break up with Angel and flees the apartment.
Despite this, Angel keeps spying on Vane and then, he finds Vane starts dating with Ricardo. Angry at what he has seen, Angel kidnaps Vane and kills Ricardo.
Fortunately, Vane finally escapes. But during her struggle with Angel, the later falls down the stair and becomes paralyzed.
